The room was not properly cleaned. Dirty cups remained after coffee, and the trash was emptied only. My neighbours were loud.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went beyond to assist. The breakfast was great, cooked fresh. I had bacon sandwiches made for my journey home. I was impressed.
The hotel room view was of a back alley with some rubbish. It wasn't very appealing.
